Products

From the very beginning of operation our company specializes in production of wire harnesses. We deliver not only standard solutions but also special customized products. Wire harness manufactured in professional way guaranties proper functioning of equipment, where it is installed. Main goal of our company is delivering of products always on time and according to the customer needs. Therefore, as one of few manufacturers of wire harnesses, we use 100% quality check before releasing the product to the customer. Such procedure allows us to ensure the highest quality standards and minimize time that customer needs for accomplishment of project goals.
We specialize in assembly of various kinds of wiring systems, electric switchboards and control boxes.

Production processes

The main goal of our company is to win the Customers' trust in all our undertakings. While working on our designs as well as during the production process we put emphasis on continuous development. We strive to improve quality of the end product and produce in cost-effective manner. On this basis we develop and implement innovative solutions in the production process.
The cable harness manufacturing process is divided into several stages:

Cutting and crimp

Modern production equipment guarantees a high quality and repeatability of the manufactured products. The wire cutting and printing process is carried out with the machines produced by respectable brands, like TE Connectivity, KOMAX and Schleuniger. Furthermore we also utilize two fully-automatic machines AMPOMATOR III, developed by TE Connectivity. These devices automatically cut wires, imprint the information and crimp connectors in a single process.

Printing process

Printing can also be executed on connectors and plugs as well.

Wire harness assembly

The wire harness assembly process is developed and prepared for each design individually. We deal with prototype and serial designs.

Wire braiding

For a long time braids have combined esthetic values and the highest technical requirements, the most important ones being resistance to mechanical damage (friction), thermal and electrical insulation and fire resistance. The braiding process is performed on dedicated COBRA machine.

Ultrasonic welding

Process of ultrasonic welding is executed on Schunk welding systems, guaranteeing highest possible quality of connection. Our machines are capable of welding the wires with cross-sections ranging from 0,75mm2 up to 35,00mm2.

Product testing

Interoperative and final testing guarantees that the Customers' requirements are met.
Interoperative tests:
- PULL-TEST for connectors,
- gas tightness test for crimped connectors.
Our premium class tester Weetech W 454 provides the possibility of high voltage isolation tests up to 5,000 VDC. Furthermore the functional testing of sub-components is also feasible.

Final tests

Final tests - MK - TEST SYSTEMS:
- PIN TO PIN test,
- insulation tests,
- high voltage tests 3,5 kV.
